Target: Left Mid Back
Position: Lying on Back

  1. Lie on back with both knees bent and feet flat on ground

  2. Place roller along spine from pelvis to back of head

  3. Cross arms across chest

  4. Slowly rotate head and shoulders around to the left side of the roll and allow hips to rotate to the right side creating a twist movement with the torso

Target: Right Mid Back
Position: Lying on Back

  1. Lie on back with both knees bent and feet flat on ground

  2. Place roller along spine from pelvis to back of head

  3. Cross arms across chest

  4. Slowly rotate head and shoulders around to the right side of the roll and allow hips to rotate to the left side creating a twist movement with the torso
