Seated Bent Knee Groin

LEFT

Target: Left Leg Hip, Groin
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep after bringing left knee towards floor

  1. Sit upright on floor with knees bent

  2. Bring both heels together in toward pelvis

  3. Place hands around feet and elbows against inside of knees

  4. Press left elbow in to inside of left knee and use left glute to assist in pushing left knee farther down into the floor

  5. Progression: Press left knee farther to floor or bring heels closer to pelvis

RIGHT

Target: Right Leg Hip, Groin
Position: Seated
Count 1 rep after bringing right knee towards floor

  1. Sit upright on floor with knees bent

  2. Bring both heels together in toward pelvis

  3. Place hands around feet and elbows against inside of knees

  4. Press right elbow in to inside of right knee and use right glute to assist in pushing right knee farther down into the floor

  5. Progression: Press right knee farther to floor or bring heels closer to pelvis
